The Gospel

I love hearing about what God is doing all over the world. I read books, magazines, and blog posts about it. I collect bookmarks of Bible verses in different languages. I watch videos of the testimonies of believers in different countries. It is my heart to help people all over the world grow in their relationship with God and to see them receive salvation through Jesus Christ. In John 3:16 (NLT) Jesus says, "For this is how God loved the world: He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life."

      I want to make sure I provide visitors to this blog with the Gospel message. As I thought about how I would do that, I decided to share a video from the Alpha Film Series (you can learn more about it by visiting www.alpha.org) that explains it well. Alpha is a series of videos sessions that cover different questions about the Christian faith. This video is session 3 of their series and is titled "Why Did Jesus Die?" The first video is from the adult curriculum and the second is from the youth curriculum. I found both on YouTube, however, they can also be accessed from their website.
